Closed Circuits

After construction focus on water quality within closed circuits often decreases, which is a real concern for building owners as this can significantly reduce the life span of a system and the general efficiency, its is important to bring the closed circuits into the ‘Planned Preventative Maintenance’ as opposed to being reactive:
  • Full sampling of microbiological and chemistry parameters.
  • System trends and monitoring.
  • System dosing with biocide, inhibitors, and glycol.
  • System filtration.
  • System log book.
