Commissioning Management Process

  • Commissionability / Flushing and Water Treatment Design Review
    A review of the drawings to understand how the system works and ensure that all equipment has been considered for effective flushing and commissioning.
  • Project Commissioning Plan
    Set the process for main plant off site witnessing, commissioning each system mechanical, electrical and public health, tracking systems, witnessing plan, tolerances, documentation management plan, handover plan and soft landings handover.
  • Commissioning Programme
    Work with our client to establish the key activities, durations, system dependencies, milestones and critical path.
  • Commissioning Forums
    Provide platforms for discussion on challenging topics internally and externally.
  • Commissioning Tracking
    Aventus utilise simple tracking tools that provide a real time snapshot for commissioning progress, documentation status and witnessing status.
  • System Witnessing
    Aventus will witness the system demonstrations on behalf of the client team, provide comprehensive reports and advise on any remedial works.
  • Handover
    To ensure that the client receives the appropriate handover, we are able to provide client training and ‘Soft Landings’ attendance post completion.
