Water Treatment
Aventus completed the water treatment at 100 Bishopsgate across six floors, sectional flushes were completed with temporary pumping rigs utilising traditional cleansing techniques. Careful water management systems were in place prior to integrating back to the base build systems. Full sampling profiles and trending was completed and successfully handed over.
Commissioning
The commissioning of all mechanical services was completed by Aventus. The systems were set to work configuring the PICVs in line with the manufactures recommendations ensuring that the system is under control and proportionally balanced against the design brief in a full load condition. The primary and secondary air systems were commissioned and demonstrated to the client professional team successfully.
