Water Treatment:
Aventus completed the water treatment at York Place. The water treatment techniques that were utilised were an environmentally friendly solution. The principle aligns with standards set out by Hydrosphere. Full sampling profiles and trending was completed and successfully handed over.
Commissioning
The commissioning of all mechanical services was completed by Aventus. Each apartment was fitted with a HIU which was commissioned in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations and the associated diversity simulation configured and proved by Aventus. The apartment and basement ventilation systems were successfully commissioned and demonstrated to the client professional team.
